Participation pricing
- First price band
- 1 USDT each for paid shares 1–10,000.
- Before pool opening
- 55,000 $STACK as the base allocation for each paid share. Rip delivers the base immediately; Stack allocates twice the base under its seven-day release schedule.
- Each following band
- The share price rises by 0.16 USDT after each 10,000-share band.
- Eligible refund
- 100% of the purchase payment returned within 30 days of each purchase, provided the pool has not opened. All principal and bonus tokens, including claimed tokens, are burned together; no refund fee.
- After pool opening
- A random 0.5%, 1.5% or 2.5% discount applies to the pool token price. The USDT payment still follows the ladder.
See the price ladder and funding calculation.
$STACK trading taxes
- Buy: 1%
- 0.5% burned + 0.5% to treasury.
- Sell: 2%
- 0.5% burned + 1.5% to treasury.
Each component is a percentage of the traded amount. The token contract applies these taxes to the designated PancakeSwap pair. Ordinary wallet transfers and protocol allocation transfers are not taxed. These tax allocations are separate from the launch funding split.
Origin vesting
Origin redemption sends 50% immediately to your wallet. The remaining 50% unlocks linearly over 10 days. Claim the available portion throughout the schedule.
The remaining half starts vesting at pool opening. Origins redeemed later follow the same global ten-day schedule. Received tokens remain transfer-locked before pool opening. Public participation has a separate schedule.
Rip and Stack
Rip sends the purchased $STACK allocation to your wallet in the payment transaction. Stack locks the purchased allocation for seven days and releases an equal bonus linearly during that period, for 2× tokens in total.
Stack starts at purchase, with bonus tokens unlocking every second. Both routes share the same paid allowance and can be combined. The multiplier increases tokens, not shares or guaranteed value.
Terms to be finalized
- Allocations
- The 95% shared inventory covers public base tokens, bonuses and LP. Origin outcome ranges, eligibility and unredeemed-share treatment remain to be specified.
- Referral refunds
- How refunded referral purchases affect purchase-limit bonuses.
- Refund accounting
- Whether refunded shares become available again and their effect on ladder position.
- Pool integration
- Verified PancakeSwap deployment and integration checks. Opening is automatic at 10,000 active paid shares, with the token reserve derived from the initial base-share exchange rate.
- Post-opening discounts
- Discount probabilities and their verification policy. The USDT ladder remains in effect; token output follows the discounted pool price.
